Inform your users about your private space Inform your users about your private space

It is important to inform your users about the space they need to login. We often get questions from users who login to join.bimcollab.com instead of a private space and then (of course) don’t see the right projects.

Many BIMcollab users start with a “Free” plan and use the ‘join.bimcollab.com' space to experience the capabilities of BIMcollab. However, after moving to a branded private space, their users may continue to log into “join”. So when you get your own private space, do not forget to inform your colleagues. Need assistance?
