Construction projects of this size have an enormous amount of issues to handle. BIMcollab gives you a clear overview and makes the process of solving them more efficient. Pontsteiger is a grand, elegant and iconic building that rises in the harbour of Amsterdam. With a rich industrial history the site will be developed into a sustainable area within the next few years.

The construction companies Dura Vermeer and De Nijs joint forces in the development and construction of this apartment complex. The design is by Arons & Gelauff architects and DPA Cauberg-Huygen is involved as the building physics advisor.
